Animaginary panchayath is formed by selecting 7 members among the inmates of the organization. Health, Cleaning, Discipline, food control, Security,Agriculture, Prayer are the seven departments, controlled by each committee members of the Panchayath.
Committeee meeeting is held once in a week to acknowledge and evaluate its functioning. Meeting of the members (inmates) is held twice in a month.
