Donation from many generous hands and co- operation from ‘many’ made them able to buy plots for Gamndhibhavan two years ago. They got donation to buy a property of 41 cents out of 1 acre 8 cents.As it is not enough for the project, Mr. Somarajan and his family found money to buy remaining 67 cents just buy selling there own properties.

Annapoornalayam – the kitchen and
Snehageetham- an auditorium which is given at free of cost for the poor people to conduct their marriage functions.
